Health Care Institute Inc. Policy on Sexual Misconduct & Sexual Harassment 

HHCI adheres to all federal and state civil rights laws banning discrimination in institutions of higher education, including Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972 (“Title IX”), and New Hampshire’s Law Against Discrimination (RSA 354-A). Title IX Training Materials

In compliance with 34 CFR §106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) issued by the United States Department of Education under Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, HHCI has made publicly available the training materials used to train HHCI’s Title IX personnel.

HHCI’s Title IX Coordinator, Title IX Investigators, and Decision-Makers attended the Title IX & Beyond two-day virtual training program on August 6-7, 2020, which was hosted by Title IX Solutions, LLC.
